MINT AND YOGURT SOUP

Yogurt and Mint Soup is extremely loaded with a lot of ingredients as follows; low-fat yoghurt, garlic, chopped mint, cucumber, tomato juice, skimmed milk, salt and mint sprigs! So what do you think you’re waiting for, simply prepare for this dish!

Preparation Time :
2 hours 15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the yogurt and tomato juice in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  • Stir in the milk, garlic, chopped mint, cucumber, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a soup tureen and chill for 2 hours.
  • Garnish with mint to serve. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams plain low-fat yogurt
  • 300 ml tomato juice 
  • 300 ml skimmed milk 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped mint 
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and finely diced 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground white pepper mint sprigs, to garnish
