MINT AND YOGURT SOUP
Yogurt and Mint Soup is extremely loaded with a lot of ingredients as follows; low-fat yoghurt, garlic, chopped mint, cucumber, tomato juice, skimmed milk, salt and mint sprigs! So what do you think you’re waiting for, simply prepare for this dish!

- Place the yogurt and tomato juice in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Stir in the milk, garlic, chopped mint, cucumber, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a soup tureen and chill for 2 hours.
- Garnish with mint to serve.

- 500 grams plain low-fat yogurt
- 300 ml tomato juice
- 300 ml skimmed milk
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 cucumber, peeled and finely diced
