FISH BALL SOUP

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat enough water in a pan and when it boils carefully drop the balls one by one into the boiling water.
  • Add salt to taste. Simmer for a few minutes and when done ladle soup into a bowl and serve garnished with chopped spring onions.

INGREDIENTS

Knead Well Until Smooth With no Lumps and Shape to Small Balls

  • 1 kg surmai fish with the flesh scraped out
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
