Preparation Method :
- Heat enough water in a pan and when it boils carefully drop the balls one by one into the boiling water.
- Add salt to taste. Simmer for a few minutes and when done ladle soup into a bowl and serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
INGREDIENTS
Knead Well Until Smooth With no Lumps and Shape to Small Balls
- 1 kg surmai fish with the flesh scraped out
- 3 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
