Preparation Method :
- Cook the pumpkin with garlic and the chicken stock in a soup pan for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the red pepper and simmer to low flame for about a minute.
- Allow it to cool; puree in a blender and put it back into the pot.
- Stir in the cream with Tabasco sauce and adjust seasoning.
- Reheat the soup over low heat, stirring constantly. Serve hot.

- 500 grams pumpkin, peeled, cut into cubes
- 550 ml chicken stock
- 100 grams cream
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4-6 cloves garlic, peeled
- A dash of Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
