Preparation Method :
- Under a hot grill, grill the turkey rashers for 2-3 minutes on each side. Leave to cool and cut into thin strips.
- Spoon the soup into a medium saucepan and heat gently for about 5 minutes, make sure not to boil.
- Pour the soup into serving bowls and sprinkle the turkey strips on top to serve.
