                    Preparation Method :
- Boil the stock and diced chicken in a medium saucepan for about 15-20 minutes.
 - Blend the soup with the quark until smooth.
 - Return to the pan, add the lemon juice and adjust seasoning. Gently heat through but do not boil.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml chicken stock
 - 100 ml quark (virtually-fat-free cream cheese)
 - 400 grams medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Freshly ground black pepper
