EGG FLOWER SOUP

Serves :

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Bring stock to the boil. Add the sherry, sesame oil, and salt if necessary.
  • Slowly pour the beaten egg into the boiling stock.
  • Stir once or twice. Serve immediately.
  • Sprinkled with spring onions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 litre Chicken Stock
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
