EGG FLOWER SOUP WITH PORK

Preparing egg flower soup is extremely fast and easy through reading its accurate cooking procedures. This soup recipe is proven healthy and mouth-watering because of its nutrient contents. Every scoop is filled with combined ingredients that truly mark to all eaters.

Preparation Method :

  • Soak the wooden ears in warm water for 20 minutes. Rinse and drain well, then chop roughly.
  • Blend the soy sauce and corn flour together. Add the pork and toss until evenly coated.
  • Bring the stock to the boil, add the salt, pork and wooden ears and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs until frothy and pour into the boiling stock, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat, add the spring onions and coriander.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 wooden ears (Chinese black fungi) 
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons corn flour 
  • 250 grams pork fillet, shredded
  • 2 liters stock 
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 spring onions, chopped 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
