Preparation Method :
- Mix together the chicken, spring onions, salt, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Place small teaspoons of filling on each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper and fold diagonally over filling to make a triangle, pressing the edges together to seal.
- Moisten two corners at the base of the triangle and then press them together.
- Bring stock to the boil in a large pan and add dumplings. Stir until boiling again and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams minced chicken
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 150 grams wonton wrappers
- 2 litres Chicken Stock
- Chopped fresh coriander to garnish
