Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the onion, carrot, potato and lovage. Cover and sweat over a low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the stock and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Liquidize the mixture until smooth. Reheat gently and check the seasoning.
- Serve each bowl with a swirl of yogurt and garnish with a lovage leaf.

- 500 grams carrots, sliced
- 250 grams potatoes, sliced
- 6 tablespoon finely chopped lovage
- 1.5 litres Vegetable Stock
- Salt and pepper
