EASY VEGETABLE PATTIES

Makes :
4 Patties

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mash the potatoes with the crumbs and all the ingredients except the oil. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt.
  • Divide into equal portions and shape into thick patties. Chill for 10-12 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the patties and reduce the heat a little.
  • Fry for 1-2 minutes turn and cook the other side in the same way.
  • Continue cooking for 1 more minute or until they are crisp and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams frozen cut green or French beans, roughly sliced, cooked and drained
  • 90 grams new potatoes, boiled and peeled, cooked until soft and drained
  • 3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 15 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and coarsely grated, cooked until soft and drained
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon dried mango powder
  • 1 slice of brown bread, crumbed
  • Red chilli powder and Salt to taste
