SALMON POTATO CAKES

Preparation Method :

  • Take a bowl and add potato, salmon, egg, parsley, chives, celery seeds with salt and black pepper to and mix to combine. Shape the mixture into flat cakes of same size.
  • Heat butter and oil together in frying pan over a medium heat and cook cakes for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden and heated through.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
  • 500 grams cold mashed potato
  • 220 grams canned salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Salt, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
