SALMON POTATO CAKES

Preparation Method :
- Take a bowl and add potato, salmon, egg, parsley, chives, celery seeds with salt and black pepper to and mix to combine. Shape the mixture into flat cakes of same size.
- Heat butter and oil together in frying pan over a medium heat and cook cakes for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden and heated through.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 500 grams cold mashed potato
- 220 grams canned salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
