TANDOORI SALMON

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate salmon cubes in lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder. Keep aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Whisk yoghurt in a bowl with garlic paste, chopped green chilies, dill, oil and salt.
  • Drain salmon cubes from the first marinade and mix into the yoghurt mixture. Keep in a cool place for an hour.
  • Roast in a moderately hot tandoor or preheated oven (175 °C / 350 °F) for 10 minutes. Baste with oil and cook again for 2-3 minutes. Serve with onion rings.

  • 1 kg Salmon, cubes
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 250 grams Yoghurt , drained
  • 4 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 5 Green chilies, deseeded, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste 
  • 4 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
