Preparation Method :
- Marinate with all the ingredients for hours.
- Remove from marinade, baste the prawns with oil and bake in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180oC/ 350oF/ Gas mark 4 or until tender.
- Serve piping hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ teaspoon Chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 6-9 Jumbo prawns, cleaned, rinsed and drained
- Few drops Red food colouring
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- 1 " piece Ginger
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped Onions
