SQUID ROAST

Preparation Method :
- Clean the squid and cut then drain well. Cut into square shape or round shape.
- Mix the Squid with onion, tomato, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt.
- Then cook in pressure cooker with enough water up to 3- 4 whistles.
- Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a frying pan and add some curry leaves and 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder. Stir well.
- Then add cooked squid and mix well.
- Stir the squid till the masala dries up and become roast texture.
- Serve hot with rice, roti , naan etc.

- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

- Sesame oil
- Curry leaves
