SQUID CHILI FRY

Preparation Method :
- In a pan, heat oil over medium flame and add onions and sauté them until they are golden.
- Add squid and sauté till all the moisture gets dried.
- Mix in tomato ketchup, garlic, chilies, vinegar, turmeric, cumin, pepper and salt, and stir-fry briefly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Onions, finely sliced
- 12 Squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 5 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 8 Green Chilies, sliced into rings
- 2-3 tablespoons Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM Sesame oil
