Preparation Method :
- Reserve the liquid in pan, lift out fish, flake and set it aside, discard bones and skin.
- Add potatoes, carrots and peas to reserved liquid in pan and simmer to low flame. Cook, covered, until tender.
- In a separate pan fry the bacon and onion until golden. Stir it to the vegetables with fish till combine.
- Heat the milk or milk and cream in a separate pan, add to the soup and reheat gently without boiling.

- 500 grams smoked cod or haddock, Poached
- 450 ml water
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 75 grams frozen green peas
- 2 rashers bacon, diced
- 7 onion, chopped
