                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the prawns for a few minutes. Add water and cook covered for a little while.
- Add the seasoning and sauce, allow it to boil for a few minutes. Add the lemon juice, stir well and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 225 grams Prawns, shelled, deveined, rinsed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 3 teaspoon Soya sauce
- 3 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- ¼ " piece Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves
- 4 Peppercorns
