Preparation Method :
- Bring the fish to a boil along with water, onion, tomatoes, powdered spices and salt.
- Take the fish out from the stock, remove the bones and skin. Return to the stock and simmer for few more minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve piping hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Pomfret, cleaned, sliced, washed
- 4 Tomatoes blanched and pureed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 4 Cloves powdered
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish
