Preparation Method :
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut into bite-sized pieces and lay in a suitable howl.
- Heat the margarine and fry the onions and garlic until cooked but not brown.
- Stir in the tomatoes and herbs and season well with salt and pepper. Spoon over the fish.
- Mix the paprika with the soured cream and gently stir into the fish mixture.
- Cover the bowl with foil or greaseproof paper and tie down with string.
- Place in a steamer or covered saucepan halt-filled with boiling water and steam for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a warmed serving dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and sprigs of fresh herbs.

- 2 kilograms firm white fish fillets, skinned

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 50 grams margarine
- 4 onions, peeled and sliced
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 10 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and sliced
- 2 tablespoon chopped herbs
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 300 ml soured cream
