MOUTH WATERING FISH PATTIES

Preparation Method :
- Combine together all the ingredients except the egg, bread crumbs and oil. Divide into 14-16 portions, shape each into patties.
- Dip into the beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and leave to dry at least for 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and shallow-fry the patties till golden brown on both sides. Serve piping hot with chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 220 grams Fish, cleaned, washed, boiled, deboned and flaked
- 225 grams Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 15 grams Onion, finely chopped
- 15 grams Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2 teaspoon Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Bread crumbs to coat
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil to fry
- Finely chopped Green chillies, to taste
- Pepper and salt, to taste
