FISH PASTRIES

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients except the boiled eggs and tomato sauce. Grease small cake tins, press some mixture firmly into each one and bake for 12-15 minutes at 190°C / 350°F / Gas mark 5.
  • Remove from tins only when cool. Coat with tomato sauce and roll gently in the chopped eggs. Serve at once. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams White fish boiled, deboned and flaked
  • 25 grams Bread crumbs soaked in milk
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped finely
  • 100 grams Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs hard boiled and mashed
  • 2 Eggs beaten well        
  • Tomato sauce to coat
  • Freshly ground Pepper and salt to taste
