FISH IN PITTA
This fish in pitta totally offers healthy and delicious foods. With its main ingredients like coleslaw, beaten egg, bread crumbs, cod fillet and other seasonings, the dish turn into an excellent dish. Before serving, dollop of mayonnaise is being applied on its top layer.

- Cut the fish into strips, and then dip them first in the egg, then the breadcrumbs.
- Heat about 2.5 cm/1 inch oil in a heavy-based frying pan (skillet), add the fish and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp and golden all over.
- Drain on kitchen paper towels, then divide between the pitta breads. Top with a dollop of mayonnaise.
- Serve immediately.

- 4 pitta breads
- 200 grams coleslaw
- 500 grams cod fillet, skinned
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 80 grams dry breadcrumbs
- Cooking oil for shallow frying
- Mayonnaise to serve
