PRAWNS WITH SPINACH

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the mustard and onion seeds to the pan.
- Add the tomatoes, spinach, ginger, garlic, chilli powder and salt and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the prawns to the spinach mixture in the pan. Gently stir the prawn and spinach mixture until well combined.
- Simmer to low flame for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked prawns and spinach to a serving dish and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 gram frozen prawns
- 300 grams fresh spinach, chopped or canned spinach puree
- 2 tomatoes, cut into slices
- 150 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon onion seeds
- 1½ inch fresh ginger root, finely chopped
- 4-6 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
- Chilli powder and salt, to taste
