Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the tomatoes, prawns, ground masala paste and salt. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the tamarind pulp with a little water to cook the prawns and to get a thick gravy.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams Prawns, shelled, cleaned, rinsed and
- 250 grams Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Tamarind pulp
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste with little vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 " piece Ginger
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 8-9 Red chillies
