NORWEGIAN BRAISED FISH
Norwegian Braised Fish is prepared to bring its sensual effect to someone who’s more passionate in eating! This fish is deliberately made with its ingredients like medium potatoes, green pepper, onion, tomato puree, black pepper and salt! This can really boost your appetite on a certain level of satisfaction!

Preparation Method :
- Place the potato slices in a saucepan of salted water, Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes, reserving the cooking water, and arrange them on the base of a casserole dish. Sprinkle over the chopped onion.
- Add the pepper and tomato slices to the dish. Place the cod steaks on top.
- Mix the tomato puree and potato cooking water together and pour over the fish: it should come about halfway up the casserole dish. Add salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook in a preheated moderately hot oven for about 30 minutes until the fish is tender.

- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 50 grams onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 green pepper, cored, deseeded and cut into strips
- 8 tomatoes, skinned and sliced
- 250 grams cod steaks
- 4 tablespoons tomato puree
- Freshly ground black pepper
