MEXICAN-STYLE FISH
Mexican-Style Fish is somehow a pleasant and delicious food to taste! It has its powerful effect to someone for sure he’ll be asking Mexican-Style Fish for more! This is a necessary dish to prepare at home because it contains healthy ingredients like sole fillets, coriander seeds, small onion, limes, white wine, olive oil and pepper!

Preparation Method :
- Cut the sole fillets in long thin strips; put them into a shallow dish with the onion rings and coriander seeds.
- Mix the lime juice with the lime rind, olive oil, white wine, salt and pepper to taste, and the garlic; spoon evenly over the sole strips.
- Cover the fish and chill for at least 6 hours, until the fish turns opaque and looks 'cooked'. Turn the fish strips once or twice during this time.
- Lift the marinated fish strips on to a serving dish and spoon over a little of the liquid.
- Garnish with the green pepper and the prawns.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams sole fillets, skinned
- 2 small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
- Juice of 8 limes
- Finely grated rind of 4 limes
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons dry white wine
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
Garnish
- 2 green pepper, cored, deseeded and cut in thin strips
- 20 cooked unpeeled prawns
