FISH FLAVOURED WITH COCONUT MILK

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add cardamoms, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for a minute. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes or until transparent.
- Stir in turmeric, fish fillets and coconut milk and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Adjust Seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Fish fillets
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
- 100 grams Onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- 6 Green cardamoms
- 2 Curry leaves
- 4 Green chillies, slit
- Salt to taste
