TUNA SALAD

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the salad leaves in serving bowls and divide the green vegetables, tomatoes, sweetcorn and tuna between them.
  • Put all the dressing ingredients into a screw-top jar with little water and shake well. Dress the salad and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams tuna in brine, rinsed and drained
  • 250 grams salad leaves
  • 150 grams cooked green vegetables (broccoli or green beans)
  • 250 grams tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 150 grams canned sweetcorn

The Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
