FISH KEBABS WITH LEMON RICE
The fish kebabs with lemon rice are fully made to end up your food cravings. This dish is mixed with haddock, lemon juice, long grain rice, butter and other seasoning. With its unique and tasty ingredients, you will definitely enjoy your daily menu along with your friends and family.

Preparation Method :
- Remove any skin and bones from the haddock and cut the fish into cubes. In a bowl, blend together the oil, salt and pepper and lemon juice.
- Add the fish and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Arrange the fish, bay leaves, lemon slices and olives on two skewers.
- Brush with the marinate and place under a preheated moderate grill for 10 minutes turning several times. Mean while cook the rice in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse.
- Stir in the lemon rind and juice, butter and nutmeg. Spoon the rice on to a hot serving dish and arrange the skewers on top.
- Serves hot.

- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 bay leaves
- 2 lemon, sliced
- 12 stuffed olives
- 300 gram long grain rice
- Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 30 gram butter
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nut Meg
