CHICKEN FLAVOURED PRAWN PULAO

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till light brown in colour. Add the tomatoes and the ground masala paste and blend well.
- Add the prawns, salt and kokums. Stir for 2 minutes. Add the rice along with the water and cook covered till well done.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams Prawns shelled, deveined and washed
- 150 grams Long-grain rice, washed and soaked
- 400 ml Water
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 75 grams Onions chopped lengthwise
- 45 grams Tomato finely chopped
- 3 Kokums
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves chopped to garnish
Grind to a fine paste
- ½ teaspoon roasted Cumin seeds
- 50 grams Chicken stock cubes
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 9 cloves Garlic
- 9-10 Kashmiri chillies
- 1 teaspoon roasted Coriander seeds
