SHRIMPS WITH MANGOES

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the shrimps in turmeric powder and salt; keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or pan. Saute shrimps. Remove and keep aside.
- Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
- In the same oil, add curry leaves, onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Cook till the onions are lightly browned. Add coriander powder and red chilli powder and stir.
- Mix the shrimps and mangoes into the curry. Add the coconut milk and cook for 15 minutes or until the curry thickens. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot.

- 400 grams Shrimps
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder

- 75 ml Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 4 Curry leaves
- 100 grams Onions, chopped
- 2 Green chillies, slit
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic , chopped
- 1 tablespoon Coriander, powder
- 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 250 grams Mangoes raw, sliced
- 150 ml Coconut milk
