Preparation Method :
- Carefully scoop out the centre of the tomatoes and reserve the shells.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients and fill the tomato shells with the mixture. Pour one tablespoon of mayonnaise over each tomato.
- Serve at once on lettuce leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams large Red firm tomatoes
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
- 50 grams Shrimps, shelled, cleaned, boiled, finely chopped and cooked
- ½ teaspoon Celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
- Chopped Parsley to garnish
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves to serve
