PRAWN PUDDING

Preparation Method :
- Bring the soup to a boil, add the gelatine mixture with sugar and cook till the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Place the pan over ice and cool. Mix in the prawns, mayonnaise and seasoning. Pour into a greased mould and leave to set.
- Un mould onto a flat dish and serve on lettuce leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml Tomato soup
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Gelatine, mixed with 50 ml water
- 300 grams Prawns, shelled, boiled and coarsely ground
- 2 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds, powdered
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves to serve
