- Marinate the prawns with the spicy paste and turmeric for an hour.
- Dip each prawn in the beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry till crisp and golden. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 8-10 Tiger Prawns, shelled, deveined, washed and slits made on the surface of each without cutting through
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 75 grams Bread crumbs
- Cooking oil to fry
- Grind to a fine paste
- Chilli powder and salt, to taste
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Ginger
- 4-6 Green chillies
