Preparation Method :
- Apply salt and turmeric powder to the fish pieces. Deep fry in hot oil, drain and keep aside.
- Boil the chillies, ginger, garlic and onions with vinegar. Add salt and cool it thoroughly.
- Preserve the pickle after mixing together all ingredients with the fried fish and transfer into a clean jar.
- Make sure that the pickle should be consumed within one week.

- 20-22 Whitings, cleaned, cut into 2 pieces each, washed and drained
- 2 pods Garlic sliced
- 150 ml Weak vinegar
- 120 grams Baby onions, peeled
- 12 - 14 Green chillies, slit lengthwise
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 " piece Ginger, finely chopped
- Cooking oil to fry
- Salt to taste
