FRESH & DRY PRAWN PICKLE

Preparation Method :
- Apply turmeric powder to the dry prawns and fry well. Keep aside. Also fry the fresh prawns and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan fry the ground masala paste till the oil separates.
- Add the remaining ingredients with the prawns and cook on a low flame for about 45-50 minutes, stirring often. Cool and store it in a bottle.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Fresh prawns shelled, deveined, washed and dried
- 250 grams Sugar
- 150 ml Sesame oil
- 500 grams Dried prawns washed and dried
- 50 ml Weak vinegar
Grind to a fine paste with little vinegar
- 150 grams Long chillies
- 1 kg Tomatoes
- 150 grams Ginger
- 150 grams Garlic
