ZAFRANI MAHI KEBABS

Preparation Method :

  • Except the sesame seeds, egg white and minced fish, mix all the ingredients in a bowl .
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small round balls. Press each ball to make a patty.
  • Beat the egg white lightly.
  • Coat each patty with the egg white and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Heat the oil and shallow fry each patty until golden.
  • Arrange the patties on a serving platter and sprinkle chaat masala. Serve with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and lemon wedges.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Fish, boneless, boiled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 Egg, white
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 3 tablespoon Gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon Green chillies, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Green coriander , chopped
  • 3 drops Vetivier oil 
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Mace powder
  • 150 ml Cooking oil for frying
  • ¼ teaspoon Saffron 
  • Salt to taste
