Preparation Method :
- Mix the mashed fish with all the ingredients except egg whites and oil.
- Divide into 12 equal portions and shape each into kababs. Dip in the egg whites and shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Fish, steamed, skinned, deboned and mashed
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Vinegar to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Minced Green chillies, to taste
- ½ " piece Ginger, minced
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Egg whites, well beaten
- Cooking oil to shallow fry
