Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish pieces in the marinade and spicy paste for hours together.
- Thread onto greased skewers and grill for about 10-12 minutes, baste with the marinade.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Boneless fish fillets cleaned, cut into medium cubes, washed and drained
Marinade
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 3 teaspoon Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Ajinomoto
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Ground to a Paste
- 1 teaspoon Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
