Preparation Method :
- Mix the vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and bay leaves in a bowl.
- Marinate the fish in the sauce mixture at least for an hour.
- Thread the fish pieces on skewers alternately with cucumber and onions. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, baste with the marinade.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Boneless fish, cleaned, cut into small pieces, washed and drained
- 1 Cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon Button Onions
- 50 ml Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 2 minced Bay leaves
