HONEY SALMON KEBABS

The honey salmon kebabs are extremely healthy and palatable. Before cooking it, you need to marinade the salmon fillets. With soy sauce, clear honey, toasted sesame oil, the dish becomes more tempting and tasty. You can have this menu in an instant without incurring a lot of effort.

1 hour 10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil together in a shallow dish.
  • Add the salmon and stir to coat the fish in the marinade.
  • Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning the fish occasionally.
  • Preheat the grill to high. Thread the cubes of salmon onto 4-6 skewers.
  • Line a grill rack with foil and place the skewers on top.
  • Brush the salmon with the marinade and grill for 3-5 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally, until cooked.
  • While the salmon is cooking, put the remaining marinade in a small saucepan and heat for a few minutes until it has reduced and thickened.
  • Serve the kebabs with rice. Spoon the reduced marinade over the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 boneless salmon fillets, skinned and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
  • Cooked rice, to serve

  • 3 tablespoon clear honey 
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
