Preparation Method :
- Marinate prawns in garlic and chili pastes, vinegar and salt for 2 hours.
- Mix in corn flour. Skewer prawns and roast on low flame, basting with oil, till crisp and golden on all sides. Coat with poppy seeds and serve hot.

- 1 kg Prawns , shelled, deveined
- 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 2 teaspoon Green chilli paste
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for basting
