Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish with all the ingredients for half an hour.
- Skewer the fish pieces, grill or roast them on an open flame. Serve piping hot sprinkled with garam masala powder.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fish, cleaned, cut into small cubes washed and drained
- 50 ml Curd, beaten
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Red food colouring few drops
- Salt to taste
Grind to a Fine Paste
- ¼ " piece Ginger
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Onion
- 6-7 Red chillies
