TUNA FISH PATE
The Tuna Fish Pate is a dish that can prepare in any type of special event. This is also made of healthy ingredients like tuna and other vegetables. You can simple prepare this dish for about one hour and can serve for eight persons.

- Place the tuna in a blender with the margarine and blend until smooth.
- Turn into a bowl and stir in the lemon, rind and breadcrumbs. Mix well, adding plenty of salt and pepper.
- Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges and a sprig of parsley.
- Serve with toast.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams tuna fish in brine, drained and cut into small pieces
- 100 grams margarine
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 50 grams whole meal breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

- Parsley sprig
