- To make the dressing, whisk the yogurt, oil, vinegar, mustard, and pepper to taste, in a jug until emulsified and smooth.
- Shell the egg, separate the yolk and the white, then mash the yolk and chop the white finely.
- Mash the tuna with the egg and dressing, then mix in the sweet corn.
- Spread the filling equally over the 2 tortillas and sprinkle over the mustard cress.
- Fold in one end of each tortilla and roll up.

- 2 large egg, hard-boiled and cooled
- 300 grams canned tuna in spring water, drained
- 300 grams canned no-added- sugar sweet corn kernels, drained
- 4 whole meal flour tortillas
- 2 punnet mustard cress
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pepper
