PrintCRISPY TUNA SUPPER
This crispy tuna supper is filled with tasty ingredients like tuna, butter, plain flour, milk, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, fresh bread crumbs and other seasonings. This excellent menu is completely suited for your lunch or dinner and even to any types of occasions.

Preparation Method :
- Drain the oil from the tuna into a small frying pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- Flake the tuna and place in a greased 600 ml flameproof dish. Arrange the onion over the top.
- Place the butter, flour and milk in a pan. Cook the sauce, whisking continually, until it thickens.
- Continue to cook for 1 minute, then stir in 75 gram of the cheese; and salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the tomatoes over the tuna and onion then pour over the sauce.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top. Cook under a preheated moderate grill (broiler) until golden.
- Serves hot.

- 50 grams plain flour
- 600 ml milk
- 200 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
