TROUT IN FOIL

The Trout in Foil recipe is one of the best recipes you can prepare on your dinner. The main ingredient is actually a fish with marinated ingredients, and then put in foil. This dish will give you a mouth-watering taste that you can never forget.

30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the carrot, celery leaves, parsley and garlic together. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the mixture quickly for about 10 minutes until soft.
  • Place each trout on a piece of foil large enough to cover the fish completely, and season with salt and pepper. Divide the carrot mixture into 4 and spoon a portion over each fish.
  • Wrap the fish in foil, tucking the ends in firmly. Bake m a preheated moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes until tender. Serve the trout in the foil parcels.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrot, peeled and finely chopped 
  • Few celery leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 dessertspoon chopped parsley 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped 
  • 30 grams butter 
  • 8 small trout, cleaned 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
