TROUT IN FOIL

Preparation Method :
- Mix the carrot, celery leaves, parsley and garlic together. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the mixture quickly for about 10 minutes until soft.
- Place each trout on a piece of foil large enough to cover the fish completely, and season with salt and pepper. Divide the carrot mixture into 4 and spoon a portion over each fish.
- Wrap the fish in foil, tucking the ends in firmly. Bake m a preheated moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes until tender. Serve the trout in the foil parcels.

- Few celery leaves, finely chopped
- 2 dessertspoon chopped parsley
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 30 grams butter
- 8 small trout, cleaned
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
