TAGLIATELLE WITH SALMON CREAM

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the garlic and onion and fry for about 2-3 minutes or until softened but not browned.
  • Stir in the mushrooms and fry for about 3-5 minutes or until they have softened.
  • Reduce the heat and add the salmon pieces. Cook for a further 5-7 minutes or until the fish is begins to flake. Stir in the herbs and cream.
  • Transfer the pasta to a warmed serving dish. Add the sauce, stir carefully until well mixed.
  • Garnish with flat leaf parsley. Serve immediately with French bread.

INGREDIENTS

  • Dash of Cooking oil
  • 225 grams assorted mushrooms, sliced
  • 300 grams salmon fillet, cubed
  • 420 grams dried tagliatelle, cook according to the packaet instructions
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 litre cups water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Flat leaf parsley, to garnish
  • French bread, to serve
