SALMON PIZZAS
The salmon pizzas are combined with raising flour, hard margarine, milk and other seasonings. Its toppings usually include tomatoes, mushrooms, chopped onion rings, cheddar cheese, pink salmon and freshly ground pepper. With its appetizing toppings, the pizza becomes more delicious and tempting.

Preparation Method :
- Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and rub in the margarine until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Stir in enough milk to make firm dough. Turn on to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough in half and roll out each piece to a six inch round. Place on a large greased baking sheet and pull the edges up to make a rim on each.
- Arrange the tomatoes, mushrooms and green pepper on each pizza. Sprinkle over the spring onions.
- Remove any skin and bones from the salmon and arrange chunks on the pizzas.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook in a preheated moderately hot oven (200°C/400°F, gas mark 6) for 20 to 25 minutes until the dough is cooked and the cheese bubbling and golden.
- Serve immediately with a crisp salad.

- 200 grams self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 50 grams hard margine
- 6 tablespoons milk

- 800 grams tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and sliced
- 4 tablespoons chopped spring onions
- 500 grams pink salmon, drained
- 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
