Preparation Method :
- Add the fish with the lemon juice to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate at least for an hour in the fridge.
- Dust each piece of fish with flour and shake off any excess. Shallow fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
INGREDIENTS
- Flour, for dusting,
- IDHAYAM sesame oil, for shallow frying
- 750 grams salmon fillets, skinned and cut into pieces, Drizzle with the lemon juice

- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
